Questions

Which occasions is it for?

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, bar and bat mitzvahs, proposals, and any other moment worth a film: a wedding, a tribute evening, a housewarming. You pick the occasion, and the questions and the script fit it.

How long does it take?

Between 48 and 72 hours from when you finish the questionnaire and pay. You can add rush delivery within 24 hours.

How many photos do we need?

For a full story at least 25, and 40 to 60 is best. Upload them all at once. After you pay, we arrange them into chapters by what’s in them, and you check and fix the result before we go on.

How can the video be in a family member’s voice?

Someone in the family records thirty seconds on their phone, reading a few short sentences from the screen, and says in their own voice that they agree. We make the narration in that voice for this one video only, and delete it 30 days after delivery. You can also choose a professional AI narrator, or a video with music only.

Can we get the video in Hebrew?

Yes. Fill in the questionnaire in English and get the video in Hebrew, or add Hebrew subtitles for family in Israel.

What if we don’t like something?

Before the film is made you read the script and hear the voice. Even after the video is ready, you can mark a moment and write what to change. Every package includes rounds of revisions.

What happens to our photos and details?

Everything is stored encrypted and can only be reached through your personal link. Photos are deleted 90 days after delivery and are never used to train AI models.
